GRANT IMPLEMENTATION & COMPLIANCE
Establishment: Review compliance requirements and develop & implement procedures including systems for monitoring & knowledge management.
Administration: Monitor and manage compliance and delivery, risk-assessment analysis, problem resolution and ensure professional funder communications & reporting.
Remediation: Identify gaps in delivery and compliance, propose solutions, support implementation, incorporate lessons identified into systems and procedures.
Closure: Audit compliance and address gaps, if any; ensure full documentation and complete final reporting
PROJECT LAUNCH & EXECUTION
Project Start-up: Identify potential partners; set-up project systems and establish an internal core team of key performers.
